The Catskill Mountain News is the oldest continually operating business in the Town of Middletown, tracing its roots to July 7, 1863 when it was first published in Margaretville as The Utilitarian. The Catskill Mountain News currently serves the Delaware County towns of Andes, Bovina, Middletown (Margaretville) and Roxbury, and the Ulster County town of Shandaken.

Kaatskill Life is a regional journal
celebrating the Catskill Area. Published quarterly, our editorials and
calendar items focus on Delaware, Greene, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan
and Ulster counties; and present a variety of topics such as , History,
Culture, Arts and Crafts, Folk Culture, Sports, Events of a Regional
Nature, Issues concerning the future of the region, The Environment,

Events. This is a wonderful magazine, but it's webpage is only sporadically updated.
